Individual counseling is available in person at my office in Greeley, CO for ages 16 and up.

Fees: $100-clinical hour session $150-clinical 1 1/2 hour session $200-clincial 2 hour session

I offer several subsidized spots for clients each week. If the full rate causes a financial burden, please let me know, and we will try and work something out. If you can pay the full rate, great! That is used to help others who cannot, so I can offer more subsidized spots to make counseling more accessible.

Using researched, attachment-based approaches (Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems), I will work with you to focus on the root of the issues and work from the inside out to be able to repair, restore, and foster deeper, healthier connections.

Individual or couples counseling is available through telehealth within the State of Colorado. Currently, Colorado requires both counselor and client to be within state lines to participate in telehealth.
